Shala Flow

Shala flow classes run for a 1o week term In my home shala, 4 x a week. Here we explore a nurturing and fluid breath based practice to bring you into your body, to quieten the mind and increase & command vital force.. = VITALITY. This is a private practice and places are by booking only, as space is limited. Classes are led by Rebecca through self enquiry, asana, breath & contemplation.

Shala Empowered

Shala Empowered classes run for a 1o week term In my home shala, 1 x a week. During Shala Empower we explore a dynamic breath based practice to bring you into your body, especially suited for busy minds and calorie burning. We naturally build heat in the body using the power or your concentration on your breath, the safest way to build tapas. The class is focussed on challenging & toning core, shoulders and directed towards arm balances & inversions. This is a private practice and places are by booking only, as space is limited. Classes are led by Rebecca through self enquiry, strength based intelligently sequenced asana to exalt the body & breath & you will deservingly melt into relaxation.

Breathing room

The breathing room is a weekly gathering of conscious beings, ready to embody their own rhythm, quietly calm themselves to listen for guidance and empower their lives & gain mastery of their minds. Before each session we connect to our sankalpa shakti which acknowledges that we all have a pivotal role to play and that intention is the key.

Tuesday nights 7:15pm.

1 hour breathing session & meditation session, beginners welcome.
